Returns Policy

Return Faulty Item/s
In the case of a faulty item, you may contact us at within 7-days after delivery with photographs of the item to see if you qualify for a replacement.
Please include your order number and email used when placing the order.
What Qualifies as Faulty:
- Damaged in shipping (include photographs of the packaging and item)
- The wrong item (let us know the correct items that you ordered)
- Item in the wrong size from what you ordered
- A fault in the construction of the item
- Fluke case of a bad print slipping through
- Incorrect spelling of custom text (this can be our mistake or yours)
Please Note:
- If clothing, the item must be unworn
- If an item, it must be unused
- It must be in the original condition it was received
- Please measure yourself if you are unsure of sizing. There is a button on each product page that gives you the exact sizing of clothing in inches and in centimeters. We do this to ensure people get the right fit the first time. If you gave us the wrong size at checkout, this cannot count as faulty and won’t quality for a return.

A replacement will be the same item; including the same size, color, and customization (with the correct sizing and spelling).
You must ship the faulty item back to the address included in the package to receive the replacement item and communicate with us within the 7-days after delivery time-frame.
Return Unsatisfactory Item/s
If you are dissatisfied with your item, you can contact us within 5-days of delivery, return your item and we will give you store credit to purchase something else.
Personalized items that do not contain an error cannot be returned unless they are damaged, therefore falling under our Faulty Items policy.
Please Note:
The item must be unworn, or unused and in the state you received it. It must be sent back to us with the packing slip that came with it included. If your packaging was faulty please take a photo at the top, side, front and other applicable views and include in an email to us along with photo of how items were negatively impacted.

Order Cancellation
At this time we cannot accommodate cancellation requests. 
Once an order is placed, fulfillment works efficiently to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. 
Because of this process, we cannot cancel orders upon request.
Make sure that any promo codes have been applied to your order before completing checkout, as the final price with the discount will reflect before the checkout process is completed.
